The US Department of Education requires that all federal loan borrowers complete
entrance and exit counseling to ensure that borrowers understand their rights and responsibilities.
Entrance counseling must be given before a first time Stafford Loan borrower receives funds. Please click the link below to begin your entrance counseling session.
Note: You will automatically be redirected to the Direct Loans Master Promissory Note (MPN) website after clicking the “EXIT” button at the
end of your entrance counseling session. To complete an electronic MPN you will need the name, address and phone number of two references who reside at
different addresses and your federal PIN that was used to sign your FAFSA application.
Exit counseling must be completed by students who graduate or withdraw from school. Please click the link below to begin your exit counseling session.
Note: You will need the name, address and phone number of at least one family member and two other references who reside at different addresses.
