How it Works
If you refer a friend or acquaintance to BIR, and that person
enrolls in a course or certificate program, you can receive cash
or vouchers toward tuition. Remember that all the Departments
of BIR participate in the Learning Works! program.

Sharing – Vouchers and no-cost training that you earn may
be used for your own benefit, or shared with members of
your immediate family.
Former students and other individuals – (non students) will
be paid a flat fee of $50 for any referral who completes their
first module. The goal of the Learning Works! program is to
teach the power of workplace skills to all who need them.
Requirements
- Students you refer to us must be accepted by BIR to count
towards Learning Works! No-shows at class time or those
who drop out of a course will not be counted.
- Vouchers can be granted if the student you refer writes
your name on their school application, or if you submit
referrals to BIR on the referral form.
- A voucher does not need to be submitted immediately,
but it is advised to use it before graduation.
- Vouchers earned by students of BIR are not redeemable
for cash.
- If a voucher is submitted upon completion of your
training it will automatically be exchanged for a refund
check of $50.
- Administration of this program is the responsibility of BIR
Training Center, and in any dispute, the decision of the
management team is final.
- Employees of BIR Training Center are not eligible for the
Learning Works! program.
